Pierre Wilter (President and CEO)
Pierre spent almost five years as Director of PwC's Chicago War Room, an innovative experience-based think-tank for the top teams of the world's largest companies, before making his escape to rejoin his SME roots. A successful and articulate entrepreneur, who is passionate about delivering and engineering the ultimate consumer experience, Pierre directs an extensive portfolio of small businesses that include architectural design, property development, and IT. Currently he is focussed on inVue, where he is deploying his creative, entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the utmost. Pierre holds a medical degree from South Africa, in addition to a BSc in psychology and computer science and an MBA.
Greg Rice (Co-founder and Director)
Greg has over 20 years of management experience in the computer hardware and software industries, ranging from start ups to established businesses, and in the US, Europe and the UK. Over the last 15 years, Greg has acted at director level in a variety of software organisations, particularly as European director of SuperMac Technology. He presently has a portfolio of small companies involved in internet development and technology in the UK. Greg's skills in strategy, international implementation, business development and marketing are being utilised to the full by inVue. Greg holds a BA in International Business from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington.
William Koplitz (Chief Technical Officer)
With over 15 years experience in the technology sector, William has been involved in most aspects of programming, testing, and managing teams in both the Global 1000 arena and with SMEs. As senior technology consultant with Ernst and Young, he worked for the Tex Technology Division, and led the Marriot Web Development Team - a project for the largest hotel chain in the world. William is passionate about upcoming technologies in the marketplace, and at present he directs software development, testing and deployment at inVue. He holds a BA from the University of South Florida.
Ike Obinya (Vice-President Sales)
Ike is a new business developer and sales professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding organisational sales targets and goals. Ike's specific areas of expertise include international new business development, partner management and strategic account management. With 15 years of experience in the telecom and software sector, he has sold solutions in e-commerce, network infrastructures, communications, and video and data distribution, to markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. Most recently, Ike was a successful business development manager at Caudwell Group where he established a business centre selling Blackberry solutions to blue chip clients. Ike holds a Masters degrees in Manufacturing and Management Engineering.
Paola Girolametto (Public Relations and Marketing Manager)
Born in Italy and relocated to the UK in 2001, Paola has five years experience working within the SME arena and leading public relations and marketing teams. Paola was marketing manager at EtherRay, a leading software company that specialised in the public relations, prior to joining inVue. She currently manages inVue's marketing and public relations activities, as well as developing sales and marketing collateral for inVue global partners. Paola holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Trento in Northern Italy and has Diplomas in PR and Special Events Management in the UK.
Janaka Paranamanage (Senior Software Engineer)
A Sun-certified Java programmer with over seven years of development experience in mobile, distributed and database systems. Currently, Janaka was part of the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau in Sri Lanka as a software engineer involved in the development lifecycle for all projects. Additionally, with the Mobile Media Company, he researched and developed projects around satellite navigation systems, and voice and image streaming. Janaka is responsible for research, development and support for inVue's mobile phone applications. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and is currently completing his MSc in Computing.
Saikat Maity (Senior Software Engineer)
With over 10 years experience as a web developer, Saikat has worked on many projects involving content management systems for the intranet of the Radio Communications Agency, as well as numerous websites for consultancies in the SME arena. His broad range of technical skills and extensive experience in the development and implementation of database driven websites has enabled him to play a key role in the development of inVue's internet applications. Saikat holds a BSc degree as well as many certificates in software development.

In 2001, Greg Rice and myself, both former Blue Chip executives and with a substantial portfolio of small businesses between us, decided to initiate the development of inVue, a business solution for SMEs. At the time, we were frustrated by the inflexibility of corporate IT systems and their associated high cost and unreliability. We wanted a simple application for our staff to collaborate and share information, anywhere, anytime, any device. Greg and I were idealists, and we started inVue to develop a tool which would help transform our businesses.
Its now 2007 and a lot has happened since then. The big companies have grown bigger, more arrogant, and less interested in delivering service. The rich countries in the world have similarly grown richer and more arrogant. But we retain our idealism. And our commitment. Every penny spent in developing inVue still comes out of our own pockets. And with the help of possibly the most talented group of misfits I've ever had the privilege to lead, our product has grown and matured. And now, not only does it match the best out there, it actually beats the competition! By a mile! Our shoe-string -v- their global budgets. Our guile and creativity -v- their muscle and domination.
